Day One - San Francisco

Well here I am, officially started my Suntrek Tour!!! I had class today from 9-3 which was good...but come the afternoon I was so ready to just jump on the plane that it made it hard to concentrate!! Had a quick turn around before heading to the airport. Checking in went just fine, although I must admit that my bag is far too heavy for just one weeks travel!! I'm almost too embarrassed to admit that its almost as heavy as when I first moved to the States...and this just for one week!! The plane was delayed in take off for 30 mins or so but apart from that there was no worries. I was blessed to have a window seat. I dont think it matters how many times I fly over the Rockies I still cant get over how beautiful they are! Even without snow on them to highlight the ridges it was awesome to be able to have a birds eye view. I caught some shut eye on the trip across which was was soo good, just couldn't keep my eyes open aye. After claiming my luggage I went outside to wait for the free shuttle to the Red Roof Inn, where we will stay tonight before officially meeting everyone tomorrow morning. I must admit I was a bit nervous about catching the shuttle to the hotel, simply as I had never done so before and wasnt too sure about it. But it was all sweet and very easy to catch. So now Im sitting on my bed chatting to Jose - my room mate. But Im exhausted and with meeting at 8am tomorrow morning I really should hit the sack! Bring on tomorrow!!!
